Image to G-Code 3.0 Installation notes:

Unistall any previuos version of the program before runing the new program setup.

Image to g-code include an interface to Potrace an PstoEdit to convert raster images to vectors. PstoEdit requires Ghostscript to be installed.
After Image to g-code is installed you can find a copy of the Ghostscrip installation file in:
C:\IMG\Potrace\gs815w32.exe.
